Abstract
The article focuses on the water governance challenges faced by the Middle Rio Grande (MRG) Valley located in New Mexico. Topics discussed include resilience of the social-ecological system (SES) of the MRG, the use of adaptive management in the MRG, and water governance structure in the MRG focused on water supply and allocation strategies. It also mentions the Rio Grande Compact, an interstate compact between Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas.
