Abstract
The article discusses the Adaptive Water Governance (AWG) Project on adaptive water governance and ecological resilience as well as the role played by law in adaptive governance. Topics discussed include the concept of adaptive and environmental governance, the ecological resilience and law governing the water management process in multijurisdictional water basins, and AWG Project in six North American water basins.
